  2. Add curd gradually to form a thick, spreadable batter.

  5. Pour batter and spread gently into a mini uttapam shape (not too thin).
  6. Cover and cook on low flame until golden and crisp at the base.
  7. Flip carefully and cook the other side uncovered for 2–3 minutes.
