  4. Oven: Preheat to 200°C. Line a tray and bake for 15–18 minutes, flipping once. Broil for the last 2–3 minutes.
  5. Air Fryer: 180°C for 10–12 minutes.
  6. Tawa: Shallow fry on medium heat with ghee until golden on all sides.
  7. Serve:
