  2. Add mustard seeds, curry leaves, and ginger. Sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add chopped green chili, zucchini, and spinach. Cook for 2–3 minutes.
  4. Lower the flame and add coconut flour. Mix well to coat in ghee and spices.
  5. Slowly add water and stir continuously to avoid lumps.
  6. Cook for 3–4 minutes until the mixture thickens and resembles upma.
  7. Add lemon juice and salt, mix well, and serve hot.
