  3. Spread 30g shredded cheese in a circle (approx. 5-6 inch wide).
  4. Let it melt and bubble until golden brown and crisp (~3–4 mins).
  5. Once slightly firm but still flexible, carefully lift with a spatula.
  6. Hang it over a rolling pin or an inverted bowl to cool into a taco shape.
  7. Prepare the Filling
  8. Sauté chicken/paneer with taco seasoning or salt + chili + garlic.
  9. Once ready, set aside.
  10. Assemble the Taco
  11. In each cheese shell, layer:
  12. 25g chicken/paneer
  13. 15g shredded lettuce
  14. 10g avocado
  15. 10g sour cream or Greek yogurt
  16. Garnish with coriander
