Let it melt and bubble until golden brown and crisp (~3–4 mins).

Once slightly firm but still flexible, carefully lift with a spatula.

Hang it over a rolling pin or an inverted bowl to cool into a taco shape.

Prepare the Filling

Sauté chicken/paneer with taco seasoning or salt + chili + garlic.
