  1. Prep methi: Blanch chopped methi leaves in hot water for 1 min. Drain and squeeze out excess water.
  2. Cook base: Heat ghee in a pan. Add onion, garlic, and green chili. Sauté till soft.

  4. Add methi: Toss in blanched methi. Cook for 3–4 min on low.
