Malai Chicken Tikka is a rich, creamy, and mildly spiced North Indian appetizer that melts in your mouth. The word “Malai” means cream, and true to its name, this tikka is luxuriously soft and loaded with the flavors of fresh cream, cheese, and aromatic spices. Unlike the fiery red tikkas, this white version is delicate and perfect for those who prefer subtle heat and maximum creaminess. It’s a popular choice at BBQs, parties, or as a high-protein low-carb keto snack.
Whether air-fried, grilled, or pan-cooked, this dish delivers restaurant-style flavor at home — without needing a tandoor!
