  1. Soak & Wash: Rinse and soak millet and dal together for 20 minutes.
  2. Sauté Spices: Heat ghee/oil in a pressure cooker. Add cumin, hing, and ginger.
  3. Add Veggies: Add chopped vegetables and sauté for 2 minutes.
  4. Mix & Cook: Add soaked millet-dal, turmeric, salt, and water.
  5. Pressure Cook: Close the lid and cook for 2–3 whistles.
  6. Serve Hot: Garnish with coriander. Add ghee on top if desired.
