Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Heat ghee in a pan. Add onions and sauté until golden.
  2. Add ginger garlic paste and cook until aromatic.
  3. Add tomato and cook till the oil separates.
  4. Add turmeric, chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.
  5. Add mushrooms. Sauté for 4–5 minutes until they release water and soften.
  6. Add cream. Simmer for 2–3 minutes.
  7. Finish with garam masala and kasuri methi.
  8. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot.
