  5. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Be careful not to burn the garlic.
  6. Prepare the Sauce:
  7. Add the soy sauce, rice vinegar, red chili flakes, and black pepper to the pan with the garlic. Stir everything together and let it simmer for 1-2 minutes to allow the flavors to combine.
  8. Toss in the Broccoli:
  9. Add the steamed broccoli to the pan. Toss the broccoli in the sauce until it’s evenly coated. Cook for 2-3 minutes, allowing the broccoli to absorb the flavors.
