Description
Keto Cabbage Poha (1 serving)
Ingredients:
Cabbage (finely shredded) – 100g
Ghee or coconut oil – 1 tbsp (15g)
Mustard seeds – ½ tsp
Cumin seeds – ½ tsp
Curry leaves – 4–5
Green chili (optional) – 1 chopped
Grated ginger – ½ tsp
Turmeric – ¼ tsp
Roasted peanuts – 10g
Fresh coriander – 1 tbsp
Lemon juice – 1 tsp
Salt – to taste
Instructions:
Heat ghee in a pan, add mustard seeds and cumin seeds.
Add curry leaves, green chili, and grated ginger. Sauté for a minute.
Add shredded cabbage and turmeric. Cook on medium heat until tender but not mushy (5–6 mins).
Add salt, roasted peanuts, and lemon juice. Toss well and garnish with coriander.
