Description

Keto Cabbage Poha (1 serving)

Ingredients:

  • Cabbage (finely shredded) – 100g
  • Ghee or coconut oil – 1 tbsp (15g)
  • Mustard seeds – ½ tsp
  • Cumin seeds – ½ tsp
  • Curry leaves – 4–5
  • Green chili (optional) – 1 chopped
  • Grated ginger – ½ tsp
  • Turmeric – ¼ tsp
  • Roasted peanuts – 10g
  • Fresh coriander – 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice – 1 tsp
  • Salt – to taste

Instructions:

  1. Heat ghee in a pan, add mustard seeds and cumin seeds.
  2. Add curry leaves, green chili, and grated ginger. Sauté for a minute.
  3. Add shredded cabbage and turmeric. Cook on medium heat until tender but not mushy (5–6 mins).
  4. Add salt, roasted peanuts, and lemon juice. Toss well and garnish with coriander.
