Keto Cabbage Poha (1 serving)
Ingredients:
- Cabbage (finely shredded) – 100g
- Ghee or coconut oil – 1 tbsp (15g)
- Mustard seeds – ½ tsp
- Cumin seeds – ½ tsp
- Curry leaves – 4–5
- Green chili (optional) – 1 chopped
- Grated ginger – ½ tsp
- Turmeric – ¼ tsp
- Roasted peanuts – 10g
- Fresh coriander – 1 tbsp
- Lemon juice – 1 tsp
- Salt – to taste
Instructions:
- Heat ghee in a pan, add mustard seeds and cumin seeds.
- Add curry leaves, green chili, and grated ginger. Sauté for a minute.
- Add shredded cabbage and turmeric. Cook on medium heat until tender but not mushy (5–6 mins).
- Add salt, roasted peanuts, and lemon juice. Toss well and garnish with coriander.
