👉 Truth: Not when done right. A healthy keto diet uses real food — eggs, vegetables, ghee, coconut oil, seeds, nuts, paneer, chicken, fish — and doesn’t rely on high protein or fake fat bombs.
2. “It’s unsustainable”
👉 Truth: Anything is unsustainable if it’s extreme. That’s why we customize it. Keto doesn’t mean no joy — you can eat paneer paratha (on almond flour), keto biryani, pizza with seed flour crusts, and delicious coconut ladoos.
