Instructions

  1. Heat coconut oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds, curry leaves, ginger, garlic, and green chili.
  2. Add spices (turmeric, chili, coriander). Sauté for a few seconds.
  3. Add coconut milk and simmer gently.
  4. Place the fish fillets into the curry and cover. Simmer for 6–8 minutes until fish is cooked.
  5. Add salt and lemon juice. Garnish with coriander.
  6. Serve with cauli rice or keto roti.
