  2. Coat the fish well and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Heat ghee in a nonstick pan or grill.
  4. Grill the fish on medium heat for 3–4 minutes each side until golden and flaky.
  5. Garnish with coriander and serve hot with sautéed spinach or keto mint chutney.
